The captain of the Equatorial Guinea Futsal Team, Roberto TOBE BELOPE is from this Thursday, February 16, ambassador of the Long Beach Football Club. TOBE BELOPE will be in charge of promoting the club’s image outside of Equatorial Guinea, as well as attracting sponsors, among other aspects. The agreement between the club and the Equatoguinean international was finalized on Thursday afternoon.
What was an open secret became official with the video posted on the Instagram account of the local team, where a TOBE BELOPE was seen excited to join this new project while indicating that he will give his best to make Long Beach CF grow from humility.
From the club, it is believed that having the image of the NZALANG FUTSAL captain will serve as an incentive to face the 2022-2023 season. This season the club will compete in the Second Division of the National Indoor Football League, the tournament La Amistad, Felisa Buele and Bayamsellam this 2023 with a new kit managed entirely by TOBE BELOPE.
Roberto TOBE BELOPE is an Equatoguinean futsal player who plays as a lock with a considerable sporting career. At club level, he played in Spain for teams such as Real Betis Futsal, Inter Movistar, Caja Segovia, Leganes, going on to win the Spanish National League and the Spanish King’s Cup in the 2013-2014 season. He also played in Italy where he won the Italian League in the 2016-2017 season with Luparense Calcio.
At the national team level he was international with the Spanish U18 national team and with the senior national team of Equatorial Guinea with which he played the Africa Cup of Morocco in 2019.
